North Korea has launched two nuclear missile tests in the past year, and have vowed to continue them. Now, with the Trump administration moving war-ships into the South China Sea, North Korea has amped up their nuclear program.
Recently, North Korea has been testing medium range missiles, capable of hitting Japan. Many of the missiles have failed, leading some experts to question the real capability of North Korea. Experts know that the North wants to develop long range missiles capable of hitting Hawaii or California. Judging by the recent fails, experts say it will take at least four years for North Korea to master the long range missile.
China and Russia have now joined the US and South Korea by imposing sanctions, with China cutting off North Korea’s coal export, and Russia sending forces to its cities closest to the North. China is still a major supporter of North Korea, but the US has pressured them to go against the ‘rogue’ country.
